Why you pay an adoption
fee... The adoption fees allow us to continue
to rescue dogs and cats that have had Ruff Beginnings.
The fees include all of the veterinarian care
(spay/neuter, vaccines, testing etc.) our
rescues receive from the time they are rescued until
they are placed in their new owners care. As well as a
weeks supply of food and your new pet's favorite toys.
