Garfield's Ruff Beginning:     

     Hello There! My name is Garfield! I am a 10 week old male domestic short-haired orange tabby. I was rescued along with one of my brothers from going to a kill shelter by my first foster mom. She found Ruff Beginnings, and my brother and I just moved to our new foster “home” a couple of days ago, but now I am all alone. My brother, Mario already got adopted by a new loving home. Now, I need to find a new mom or dad to call my own.

Garfield is healthy (vet checked), up to date on shots, de-wormed and tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV. He is very loving (one of the most affectionate cats I have ever met) and playful. He will make a wonderful addition to some lucky family.
 

Garfield's Happy Ending:

     Garfield was adopted by two of our board members on March 13,2007.  Alyse and Jeremy are his new mom and dad.  He also has three new brothers (two dogs and a ferret) as well as a new sister (ferret).  Garfield loves to play and has declared a cushion on the couch as his own personal bed.
